Structure

  • Nominees – Each Franchisee may submit up to five nominations from each territory.
  • Region Caregiver of the Year – One caregiver from each of the four Regions will be selected from the nominations.
  • National Caregiver of the Year – One caregiver will be selected from the nominations.

Nominee Recognition

  • Each caregiver who is nominated will receive:
    • A signed letter and certificate of appreciation from the President of Right at Home.
  • Each Franchisee who nominates one or more of their caregivers will receive:
    • One entry into a random drawing for one of four $100 American Express gift cards to be used for a celebratory event for the nominated caregiver(s), Franchisee and office staff.
    • Participation recognition in Corporate communications and at Home Improvement.

Winners

Region Winners

  • Caregivers (4) shall receive:
    • $1,000 check.
    • Plaque.
    • Embroidered-logo apparel item of choice. ($50 value)
    • Recognition in Corporate communications and in a video presentation at Home Improvement.
  • Franchisees (4) shall receive:
    • Complimentary admission to Home Improvement.
    • Plaque.
    • Local celebratory dinner for the caregiver and office staff.
    • Paid local PR.
    • Recognition in Corporate communications.

National Winner

  • Caregiver shall receive:
    • $5,000 check.
    • Plaque.
    • Embroidered-logo apparel item of choice. ($50 value)
    • All-expense-paid trip for him/her (and their significant other) to Home Improvement.
    • Personal attention and preparation for the awards presentation at Home Improvement.
    • Leisure package of choice (golf, spa, dinner) for a day during Home Improvement.
    • Public recognition at Home Improvement and in Corporate communications.
    • Professional photo taken for the Franchisee and Corporate Office.
  • Franchisee shall receive:
    • Complimentary admission and lodging at Home Improvement.
    • Plaque and photo for the office.
    • Public recognition at Home Improvement and in Corporate communications.
    • Local celebratory dinner for the caregiver (and significant other) and the office staff.
    • Paid local PR.
    • Personal letter from the President of Right at Home.
